CMC (Metallic Constructions Cañellas) is specialised in the building of metal structures for construction and warehouses. At its core, they are a family run business who feel they have become someone stagnated in their traditional image. A re-branding was in order, one that applied the same values of stability, and an emphasis on their name as a brand, but with a modern twist, a brand that could stand out as innovative and sleek in a market littered with unremarkable and repetitive family-name businesses.

I went with a clever use of negative space revealing the family initial, solidly encased within a three dimensional foundation – an image of modern, calculated stability, a solid logo representative of the main service they provide. Basic corporate stationary was also provided and an upcoming totally new website to be designed in the near future.
